Does the prices include GST and Delivery charges?

Our pricelist prices all includes GST, although not delivery please contact our office to get a price on delivery (depending on your Suburb) or alternately you may pick the items up from our office.

When do I need to pay for my hire items?

Unless previously agreed, full payment is usually required on delivery or pickup of items. Payments can be paid either by, Cash, Cheque or Direct Deposit.

Can I extend my hire period?

If you wish to continue to hire items longer please contact our office to verify that the items are available and not required for another customer.
For bookings for longer periods at a time discounts apply eg/ for hiring an item for 1 week you will only be charged at the standard rate for 3 days only, giving you 4 days no charge.

Do the Marquees come with Walls?

Walls can be provided for the larger size marquees with the options of plain white or clear & arch window walls available.
Please advise when making bookings should you require any walls.

Can Marquees be erected onto Concrete areas?

Majority of our marquees are rope & pole structures and need to be picketed into the ground, please discuss your requirements with us if pickets cannot go into the ground where you wish to have the marquee.

What happens if an item is damaged?

The hirer is responsible for any damage, breakages, loss or theft of items, Should there be any breakages while hirer the items a breakage charge will occur.

How long before my party should I book?

To avoid disappointment, we suggest book your equipment as soon as you know what you would like.
